Why we cap live cohort sizes

By Rae Jung

Cohort caps exist so each participant can receive timely feedback on labs and capstones. We publish the number per track because families and managers need to plan calendars, not because we want artificial pressure.

When demand exceeds a cap, we open a second section or suggest an adjacent start date. Admissions advisors document those conversations so expectations stay transparent.

We revisit caps after every cohort retrospective. If facilitators report rushed office hours, we lower the number rather than stretch schedules thin.

If you need a private lane for a team, the Corporate Team Upskill Sprint uses a separate calendar with its own staffing model.
