Terms of Use
Last updated: 2025-04-18
Acceptance
By accessing QueryHarbor Academy training materials, websites, or community spaces operated under station-node.one, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the services and contact us to close any open inquiries. These terms apply to individuals, teams, and organizations purchasing or evaluating programs. We may update this document to reflect new operational requirements or quality standards obligations; material changes will be dated at the top of the page.
Service description
QueryHarbor Academy delivers instructor-led SQL and database administration education, including live sessions, recorded replays where offered, lab environments, and related support channels. Course descriptions list what is included for each cohort. We may substitute equivalent exercises when infrastructure vendors change, provided learning objectives remain comparable. Services are educational and advisory; they are not a substitute for professional services specific to your regulated environment.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, respect other participants and staff, and follow acceptable use rules published for labs. You must not attempt to disrupt lab systems, probe unrelated infrastructure, or upload confidential customer data without written authorization. You are responsible for securing your credentials and devices. Sharing access credentials violates these terms and may result in removal without refund except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, QueryHarbor Academy and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services, including lost profits or data loss outside our controlled lab environments. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid cohort will not exceed the amount you paid for that cohort. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, limitations apply only to the extent allowed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer in your place of residence. If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Intellectual property
All curriculum materials, branding, and lab artifacts we provide are licensed for your personal learning during enrollment unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise. You may not resell, publicly repost, or sublicense materials without written permission. You retain ownership of work you author; you grant us a limited license to review and provide feedback. Trademarks of third parties mentioned in lessons belong to their respective owners.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive conduct, or security risk. You may stop using services at any time; termination does not erase obligations accrued before termination, including tuition owed for completed portions where permitted. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
Modifications
We may revise these Terms of Use to reflect changes in programs, partners, or legal requirements. The updated date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance except where applicable law requires explicit consent. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the services and review refund options described in our Refund Policy.

Formal notices should be emailed to hello@station-node.one with a clear subject line referencing your cohort or company agreement. We will respond using the email address on file. You are responsible for keeping contact information current. Postal notices may be directed to our registered address listed on the Contact page.
