Refund Policy

Exceptions

Certain corporate agreements or custom delivery dates may specify different refund rules; those agreements control when explicitly signed. Digital materials accessed in full before the refund window may reduce refundable amounts where permitted. Fraudulent chargebacks violate policy and may lead to account closure.

Process

To request a refund, email hello@station-node.one with your full name, cohort name, and reason. Our admissions team will confirm eligibility and respond with next steps. Approved refunds are processed through the original tuition channel where technically possible. Processing times depend on card issuers.

Contact

Refund correspondence uses the same contact channel as other service inquiries. Please avoid sending card numbers via email; we will never ask for sensitive authentication codes.

Eligibility

Individual participants who cancel at least fourteen days before the cohort start date may receive a full refund of tuition paid, excluding non-refundable third-party fees if disclosed at purchase. Cancellations within fourteen days may receive partial credit toward a future cohort, depending on seat allocation costs already incurred.

Timeframe

Refund requests are acknowledged within five business days. Completed refunds may take an additional five to ten business days to appear on statements. Korean public holidays may extend timelines.

Scope

This policy applies to tuition for listed programs on station-node.one. It does not cover travel, accommodation, or third-party certification exam fees purchased separately. Enterprise statements of work may define alternative credit notes.

Non-refundable items

Hard costs such as printed materials shipped internationally, venue deposits for in-person days, or vendor licenses activated in your name may be non-refundable once incurred. We disclose these items during checkout or contracting.

Cancellations by QueryHarbor Academy

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no additional charge. We are not responsible for ancillary costs you incurred, but we will provide documentation for travel risk coverage claims where applicable.

Consumer rights

Republic of Korea consumers may have additional rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory protections. If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the remainder stays effective.
